Computers
We have 11 computers available for patron to use.
These computers have access to the following software:
- Windows 10
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Powerpoint
- Adobe Reader
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Firefox
Please note that earphones are required to listen to sound on any of the computers - earphones are available to purchase from the front desk or you can bring your own.
Printing
The Cochrane Public Library has a Sharp 3070 Colour Laser Printer for use. The cost to print or copy using this printer is as follows:
- Colour ink - $1.00 per impression
- Black ink - $0.30 per impression
Scanning
The Sharp 3070 machine can be used to scan items to an email address or to store on a USB. There is no cost for scanning.
Fax
The Cochrane Public Library does not have a fax machine and therefore we are unable to send or receive faxes for patrons.
Wi-Fi
The Cochrane Public Library offers free Wi-Fi to patrons visiting the library.
