Author Reading

Every second Tuesday of the month, the Cochrane Public Library hosts an intimate evening with a published local author! Be entertained, hear a reading, ask questions, and get a book signed during these fun and informative events. Light refreshments will be served.

  • Tues Sept 11 @ 6:30-8:00 pm    Author: Michele Moore Veldhoen     Author of "The View from Right Field," a memoir about the challenges of motherhood and the importance of friendship, humour, and staying true to ourselves
  • Tues Oct 9 @ 6:30-8:00 pm    Speaker: Laurie Drukier     Daughter of award-winning author and Holocaust survivor Manny Drukier will talk about Manny's upcoming documentary
  • Tues Nov 13 @ 6:30-8:00 pm     Author: Kathy Calvert     Former national park warden and author of four books
