This session will provide information on burnout, managing stress, and includes making your own succulent garden. 

Lights snack will be provided. 

We will discuss the importance of self-care; taking care of your emotional, mental, and physical health. 

Potting our plants will act as a metaphor for the commitment we make to take care of ourselves.  When we care for ourselves, we are able to better care for others.  

There will be a children’s (ages 6 - 12) self-care activity running simultaneously for those attending this program. 

In partnership with Stepping Stones to Mental Health.

Program registration opens on April 8 at 10:00 am.
